what a fabulous idea! once your little one has graduated to a big kids bed, make use of their old cot by re-creating it into a children's desk. simply take one side off, add a little paint to the bottom (blackboard paint is a great idea), and add some organisation and storage ideas around the sides... voila!
this will make them WANT to do their homework!
